Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets
It is not our abilities that show what we truly are. It is our choices.

OK so I was wrong we DID make it to the second film. The kids got a little scared but for some reason, not anywhere near as much as with the first film.
That’s probably because it’s not that scary. I have read the source material and to me this one always feels a bit like filler. There’s a fair bit of world-building stuff going on but The Chamber of Secrets is a little light on the plot. This isn’t something that shows in the book, it’s an enjoyable novel, but it doesn’t translate to the screen so well.
This is a weak step forward for the franchise, and probably the film no-one remembers or discusses much at all.
