The Sheffield Pork Sandwich Tour: Moor Cafe

I was surprised to find a pork sandwich on the menu at this greasy spoon, and at £3 I felt like I should have a punt.

You might be able to tell from the photograph but it didn’t turn out to be the best I’ve had.

Old roast pork, refried on the griddle. Thin tasteless and greasy. The stuffing and apple sauce were ok. The breadcake was good but it’s quickly becoming apparent that the breadcakes are good all over town!

I would point out that all the other food here looked pretty good especially for the reasonable price. The full English in particular seems like a good deal, and the steak sandwiches looked really appealing.
