Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse
“My name is Peter Parker. I was bitten by a radioactive spider, and for ten years I’ve been the one and only Spider-Man.”
I am still in awe of what they have achieved here. It’s a vibrant and kinetic work of art. I watched it with my 10 year-old nephew and we were both completely transfixed.
The premise here is that parallel universes have opened up, each with different Spider-people in them. This is fitting because I feel like this film comes from a parallel universe where superhero movies are actually making an effort.
