Lawrence of Arabia

I’ve got an itch to break out some old favourites and today I figured we might as well strap in for four hours and have another look at this. My wife hasn’t filed for divorce yet.

I think this is perhaps the third time I’ve seen the film and it just seems to get better looking with every viewing. Every scene is just absolutely spectacular, without exception.

Lean knows he’s making a long film and gives ample time for the audience to just sit back and soak everything in. A great way to spend a wintry Sunday afternoon.
